Young’s Power Cleaning

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Young’s Power Cleaning. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Young’s Power Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window washing, pressure washing, soft washing, and recurring maintenance plans for residential and commercial properties.

Service availability may vary depending on scheduling, weather conditions, accessibility, and property location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or cancellations without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at Young’s Power Cleaning’s discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins and may vary depending on property size, condition, accessibility, and scope of work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.

Young’s Power Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual service conditions differ significantly from the original estimate.

4. Monthly Window Cleaning Plans

Young’s Power Cleaning may offer recurring monthly window cleaning plans designed to help homeowners maintain clean and polished windows year-round.

Monthly plan pricing, scheduling, and benefits will be discussed prior to enrollment. Customers may cancel recurring plans with reasonable notice before the next scheduled appointment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property during scheduled appointments. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring accessible work areas.

Customers should notify Young’s Power Cleaning in advance of any fragile materials, damaged surfaces, loose fixtures, or areas requiring special care.

6. Liability

While Young’s Power Cleaning exercises professional care during every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed seals, oxidation, scratches, cracked glass, aging materials, loose siding, or structural defects that become visible during or after cleaning.

We are not liable for damages caused by unsafe property conditions, defective installations, or circumstances outside our control.

Certain stains, oxidation, hard water buildup, discoloration, or environmental damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning methods.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may reasonably assess and address service-related concerns.

8. Refusal or Termination of Service

Young’s Power Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if working conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for professional completion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
